Corporate Project management Inc. has been involved is several structural stabilization projects, primarily with State of California, Parks and Recreation. We have the bonding capabilities. However, most projects with the State have been near but under one million dollars in size.

Corporate Project Management Inc. prefers structural rehabilitation and stabilization type projects of a historical nature, many of which are located far from civilization and require extensive travel from our home base.

The nature of our work requires specific skill sets that are difficult for other companies to possess under one umbrella. Our expertise revolves around being able to locate, contract, and work with specific specialty trades in order to fulfill the needs of the project. We have brought in masonry experts from Los Angles, Adobe experts from New Mexico, and others, as needed to fulfill the needs of past projects. We are confident that our company will be able to meet the needs of any project within the scope of our core competencies.
